What to tell us when you book
- Which treatment — see the price list
- Preferred day and time, plus an alternative if you have one
- For keratin or braids: a photo of your hair, so we can quote accurately and set aside enough time
- If you are combining treatments, so we can plan the sequence
Opening hours
Every day, 10am to 8pm — Monday through Sunday.
Cancellation policy
- Single service: at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Multiple services or a spa package: 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at 50% of the service.
Good to know
- You do not need to be a hotel guest. Everyone is welcome.
- All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.
- Card and cash accepted.
- Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a free slot — weekends and longer treatments really do need booking.
